Agebuzz Asks: This Week’s Reader Poll: In response to the November 13th reader poll regarding steps you may have taken or considered to make yourself appear younger, it appears that a significant portion of the agebuzz community is content with their current appearance. Over 40% of respondents stated that they have done nothing to change their appearance, with the next highest proportion of answers (around 23%) being to color their hair. While many also agreed that they use anti-aging skin care products, it’s clear that for the majority of agebuzz respondents, changing their appearance is not of significant interest as they get on in years. As one respondent commented, “It's what it is. Being real 💪.” And as Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “From the age of 50 or 60, beauty is the result of sympathy, elegance, thought, no more body and physical traits. Beauty becomes a state of mind, a sparkle in the eyes, the temperament.” We hope your state of mind continues to be beautiful, positive, and glowing as you continue on your aging journey.
