This Week’s Reader Poll: In response to the February 26th reader poll on favorite games you played as a child, card games of various types were the clear winner, though Monopoly was the runner-up. However, many of you reminded us that we had left out a board game that remains a favorite to this day: Scrabble! What was also clear was that many of you were engaged in much more active- and outdoors- games as children. Whether it was jumping rope, hopscotch, dodgeball, or some other game involving movement and skill, many of you remarked that sitting still was never really an interest or option. One of you even mentioned a favorite pastime of skateboarding (which is still enjoyed despite being well over 60!). While several of you said that your days of active game playing are behind you, it’s clear that this question brought up some fond memories of simpler pleasures and enjoyable pastimes. As the author Roald Dahl once said, “Life is more fun if you play games.”

The real solution involves targeted nutrients that work together to strengthen your bladder, reduce nighttime urgency, and help you finally sleep through the night. It's simple, natural, and backed by science.
