This Week’s Reader Poll Results: Thank you to everyone who responded to our June 4th poll about what you are most looking forward to this summer. It seems like the majority of respondents have a busy summer in front of them, visiting with family, connecting with friends, spending time outdoors, tickets to summer programs, etc. Many of you expressed pleasure at just “scheduling” the little things, like sitting with a book or puttering in your garden. A few mentioned long-distance travel, but an equal number remarked that prices are too high to go very far or do too much. When it comes to what you enjoy most about summer, the clear favorites had to do with the weather and the extended sunshine- longer days and warmer weather were definitely something so many relish during the summer. So whether you’re relaxing at home or filling your calendar far and wide, wishing you a summer of good health, peace, and relaxation, however you can find it!

This Could Prevent Muscle Loss After Menopause
If you're a woman over 50 and concerned about growing weakness in everyday activities, visible muscle loss despite regular exercise, or increased risk of falls, there's something urgent you need to know.
Multiple studies have identified a specific compound that can significantly slow—and even reverse—age-related muscle loss in post-menopausal women. It's not estrogen. It's not calcium. It's not collagen protein. It's creatine. And most women over 50 are severely deficient.
This information could be the difference between maintaining your independence or becoming frail as you age.
