agebuzz Asks
In response to the January 9th reader poll regarding your proudest achievement to date, there are certainly many proud parents among agebuzz readers, as the response that garnered the most clicks was âI am proud of my childrenâ (representing more than 40% of respondents). Following that lead response, answers were quite diverse. However, it must be said that many of you voiced the opinion that you were most proud of your own resilience and achievements, maintaining your independence and overcoming obstacles despite the challenges. So many of us have had challenges in our lives but have nonetheless persevered, made the best of it, and even come to accept and cherish the life we now have. Being proud of yourself and what youâve accomplished, no matter what the scale, is something we should all acknowledge and celebrate. As Marie Curie said, âLife is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves.â
Bonus Question: What do you admire about that particular person? |
âMere longevity is a good thing for those who watch Life from the sidelines. For those who play the game, an hour may be a year, a single dayâs work an achievement for eternity.â
