This Week’s Reader Poll: In response to the February 13th reader poll regarding “Are you cooking dinner for yourself (and loved ones if applicable) these days?” the majority of respondents seem to be cooking up a storm on a regular basis! More than 60% of you are cooking dinner every evening or at least several times a week, with occasional supplements from outside. Moreover, when asked about favorite meals, those who responded were most likely to praise a healthy meal option, such as soup, salmon, or chicken. That doesn’t mean you don’t like the occasional slice of pizza or the convenience of heating a frozen entree on occasion. But what it does suggest is that many of you are thoughtful in your meal planning, looking for healthy options, watching your budget, and saving time by cooking extra to last several meals. And it sounds like some of you may have some delicious recipes to share! If you’d be willing to let others take a try at your recipes, please send us your “best dish” recipe to [email protected] and we’ll be sure to share (and sample) your recommendations!
Bonus Question: What is your biggest concern when it comes to your wishes being followed after your death? |

“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.”
