This Week’s Reader Poll: In response to the April 16th reader poll on social media, there’s no doubt that for many agebuzz readers, logging on to one or two social media sites multiple times a day is a regular activity. In fact, about ⅓ of respondents said they do log on to one or two sites multiple times during each day, while about 23% of you said you only log onto one site, but do so several times a day. Another 16% of you stated that you are on many social media sites for multiple hours each day. No doubt, these statistics reflect what is widely documented: Unlike stereotypes about seniors, today’s older adults have wholeheartedly embraced the digital world, and a large majority are frequent social media users, especially Facebook. Some of you revealed that it’s become a bit of an addiction. In contrast, others expressed gratitude for the experience of keeping track of friends, finding out useful information about hobbies, or for entertainment or distraction from boredom. When asked which sites you favor, Facebook was the overwhelming winner. For those of you on Facebook, please make sure to like and follow agebuzz posts on Facebook, and share them with your friends. We are grateful to all of our Facebook followers and appreciate it when our posts are shared with others who might find them useful!

Finally, Skincare That Boosts NAD+ At the Source
For decades, skincare has focused on aesthetic results. But we started by asking a different question: what if instead of trying to preserve our skin's youth, we prioritized optimizing our skin's function? That's how Aramore’s NAD+ skincare was born.
Developed by Harvard & MIT scientists, Aramore is a skincare system based on skin’s performance, not just its appearance. NAD+ production slows down significantly as we age, and this causes all the telltale science of aging.
Aramore is the only skincare formulated to help skin produce NAD+ like much younger skin would. The result? Skin that’s stronger, firmer, and more resilient, that not only looks better, but stays healthier over time.

"It’s not true that older people can’t change. I’ve had many, many people — older people — come up after a lecture and say, ‘Well, Jane, I’d given up, but I promise you I’ll do my bit.”
